The Sounds of Swing is a concert by Youth Chorus of Milan dedicated to jazz standards in English and Italian, reinterpreted through original arrangements for a youth choir. The program explores the language of vocal jazz with freshness and creativity, highlighting the expressive potential of young voices. At the end of the concert, the audience will be invited to take part in an interactive demonstration to discover some of the main features of vocal jazz interpretation, including swing, phrasing, and stylistic inflections, turning listening into an active and shared experience.
